AFRICAN TRADITIONAL MEDICINE DAY

The third annual African Traditional Medicine Day, instituted by the World Health Organization (WHO), will be held on

 August 31, 2005, under the topic: "Traditional Medicine, contribution to the prevention of HIV infection."

PROMETRA International and its National Chapters around the world are committed to mobilizing themselves and their communities to raise public awareness and coordinate policy development that will create successful projects and activities in conjunction with African Traditional Medicine Day.
