Africa, before the 15th century, was a the top of all the continents and played the role of leader in the planetary adventure, that was before Christophe Colomb came to the United States in 1495.

When one speaks about medicine, the ancestor of the doctor ............. was an Egyptian. Hippocrates de Cos was one of the former sons who were at this school ....... When one speaks about astrology, we know that the discoveries and the levels of knowledge which were produced by Dogons of Mali are not equalled yet.

When one speaks about metallurgy, philosophy, or mathematics, etc, Africa played the role of leader. Since the explorers until the current economic advancement, while passing by slavery, colonization, Africa was shredded, ridiculed in all that it has of richness: “Cartago delenda est”, one was to destroy Carthage, here is a great civilization which disappeared in Mesopotamia. In esthetical surgery, Africa was at the peak of all these values.

The massive destruction of our wealth, the immense deportation led a whole continent to lose 80% of its active population in the name of slavery. After slavery, Africa was colonized, shredded in small states without heart. This Africa today, in the name of what was imposed to us and which is called democratization, is directed by powers which are apart from our states, led by Heads of State who unfortunately did not really understood the need for being African and to work for Africa. And, even if they understood it, they do not have the freehand to carry out what they must do for the benefit of the continent. This is why, it is essential to create future African leaders who will not be Senegalese, neither Malians, nor from Ivory Coast but who will be African and proud to be African, proud in their africanity, their negritude to work together towards the United States of Africa where each president would become a governor linked to a central headquarter.










The goods of each country will become the thing of a whole continent. These future African leaders need a framework of reflexion, sorting, of education different from this formal education which manufactures unemployed or unsuited people. An education based on sure values, the love to be useful and not to be useful to himself. Africa must play its role of mother of civilizations, its role of example to allow the other continents which go towards depredation, towards their bankruptcy, to return on the right way.

This United States of Africa linked at the geographical level, will not have an economic system similar to the one of the US. The economic system of North lead towards perverse situations, wealth and illusions. The UAE will develop their future on the basis of their value of civilization, their goods and not of on their dreams. It is a question of basing the development on something stable, durable and final. Directed by its future African leaders, Africa will have a sense of African civilization, of union in what this union has of deeper. A wealth from the DRC will not serve only the DRC but will be put at the service of a whole continent.

These future African leaders need an executive frame of thinking, of sorting, of education, different from this education that makes unemployed or unsuitable people. An education based on safe and sure values, on love to serve and not to serve oneself. Africa has to play its role of mother of civilizations, its role of example to allow the other continents which go towards depredation, towards their bankruptcy, to return on the right way.
